How Elite English Lab collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

When you enquire, apply, register or enrol, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, address, education background and course preferences — along with records generated through your studies (attendance, assignments, results, invoices and payments).

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, process applications, manage batches and timetables, track attendance and academic progress, issue invoices and receipts, and send service notices about your classes and account.

3. Who can see it

Access is limited to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis: teachers see learners in their assigned batches, accounts staff see billing records, and marketing staff see enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and student names are never published on public pages.

4. Data security

Accounts are protected by authenticated login, and sensitive records are access-controlled at the database level. Payment proofs and private documents are stored with restricted access rather than public links.

5. Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your contact details at any time by visiting the centre or writing to info.elite.englishlab@gmail.com. Financial and academic records required for accounting and audit purposes are retained as required by law and policy.
