Terms of service.

The terms that govern enquiries, admission and study at Elite English Lab.

1. Admission

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee a seat. Admission is confirmed after review, counselling, batch placement and completion of fee formalities. Batches are limited to a maximum of ten learners and seats are allocated in order of confirmed admission.

2. Fees and payments

Fees are confirmed on your invoice at admission. Promotional pricing applies only as announced by the centre. Every verified payment generates a digital receipt — please keep your receipts for your records. Refunds or adjustments, where applicable, are handled only by authorised staff under centre policy.

3. Classes and attendance

Timetables, rooms and online links are published through your batch schedule. Regular attendance is expected; attendance is recorded digitally and visible on your dashboard. Missed classes are not automatically refunded or rescheduled unless centre policy provides otherwise.

4. Conduct

Learners are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, staff and fellow students, in person and online. The centre may reassign batches or discontinue enrolment in cases of misconduct, following fair review.

5. Honest expectations

We provide disciplined coaching and personal attention. We do not promise guaranteed IELTS band scores, visas, employment, or university admission — any such outcome depends on factors beyond a coaching centre's control.
